We want you to be fully satisfied with your grocery purchases.

Returns & Refunds:
- Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, meat) are non-refundable unless damaged or expired upon delivery.
- Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, notify us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will offer a replacement or refund.
